Hiring Point may collect name, mobile, email, city, resume, documents, job preference, employer requirements, communication logs, interview notes and payment-related records.
Purpose
Data is used for recruitment services, candidate matching, employer shortlisting, communication, verification, reporting, billing and service improvement.
Sharing
Candidate information may be shared with suitable employers in a controlled manner based on consent and Hiring Point process. Sensitive documents should not be shared by default.
Retention and deletion
Data may be retained for recruitment and compliance purposes. Users may request update or deletion subject to service/legal limitations.
Security
Access to documents and records should be restricted to authorized team members. Production deployment should use secure hosting, access controls and regular backups.
